We want you to love your Brenish purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help you exchange it within 10 days of receiving your order.

How to Exchange:

  • We'll guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.

Eligible Exchanges:

  1. Faulty, damaged, or defective items.
  2. Items that don't match your order.
  3. Size issues (stitched articles only).

Items Not Eligible:

  1. Items that are used, washed, or missing tags.
  2. Items are not in their original packaging.
  3. Discounted or sale items.

Exchange Process:

  1. We'll inspect your returned item.
  2. If approved, you'll receive a store credit coupon for the full value.
  3. Use the coupon towards any future purchase on our website!

Please Note:

  • We offer store credit, not cash refunds.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that don't meet our policy.
